Most of the work is made as books first. Paper, binding, format and sequence are part of what each one says. Completed and in-progress books are shown here as objects.
With Cody-Rose Clevidence. Hardcover, section-sewn, 8.5 × 11 in., 126 pages: 80 photographs and nine poem plates interleaved with metallic-silver and handmade papers, the poem handwritten in silver ink. Co-designed with Rory Sparks, bound by Sparks. Edition of 10, 2 AP, 2 collector's boxes.
Riso-printed boxes made with Rory Sparks, 11 × 13.5 × 2 in. Ten of thirteen photograph and letter pairings in each; no two boxes alike.
